Getting your catalog onto a channel — and keeping it there — is meant to be one action, not a two-step chore. This is every bulk action on the Listings page: what each one does, whether it assigns, publishes, or both, and when to reach for it.
ℹ️ First, the key idea: listing a product means two things happen — it’s assigned to the channel and published to the marketplace. The main actions below do both in a single click. See How listings work for the model.
List All Products
The primary button on the Listings page. It takes your entire active catalog, assigns every product to the channel, and publishes them to the marketplace — in one action.
- Open the channel — go to Channels, select your channel, and open Listings.
- Click List All Products — confirm when prompted.
- Watch it run — a job appears in the Activity tray and counts down as products publish. You don’t wait on the page.
✅ This is the button you want for “get everything on the marketplace.” Re-running it is safe — it re-lists anything that dropped off and skips what’s already live.
Sync All
The button right next to it. Sync All re-publishes the products already assigned to the channel, without touching your assignments — it won’t re-add products you removed on purpose. Reach for it when a fix has shipped and you want it on the marketplace now, or to reset Google’s ~30-day listing clock.
✅ Re-running is safe. Each product is re-sent at most once per day, so a second click the same day is a no-op — never a duplicate.
More actions
Sync All sits next to the primary button; the More menu holds the targeted and cleanup actions:
| Action | Assigns? | Publishes? | Use it to… |
|---|---|---|---|
| List All Products (main button) | ✅ | ✅ | Put your whole active catalog on the marketplace |
| Sync All (button) | — | ✅ | Re-push what’s already assigned, without assigning anything new |
| List by Category | ✅ (that category) | ✅ | Publish just one category |
| Unassign Not-Listed | removes | — | Detach products that are assigned but not on the marketplace |
| Remove All | removes | delists | Take the whole channel down |
List by Category
Assigns and publishes only the products in a category you pick — useful for rolling out one product line at a time.
List Selected
To list a specific handful, use the Not Assigned tab: tick the products you want and choose the list action from the selection bar. Like the bulk buttons, this assigns and publishes them in one step.
Unassign Not-Listed
Detaches every product that’s assigned but not listed — attached to the channel but not actually on the marketplace. Nothing is delisted (there’s nothing live to take down); the products simply return to Not Assigned.
⚠️ Guarded on purpose: this action only appears after a status check has confirmed what’s really on the marketplace. Without that confirmation, “not listed” could mean “we haven’t checked yet” — so ILLUMA refuses to run it rather than risk clearing your whole channel.
Remove All
Unassigns every product from the channel. On marketplaces where a removal also delists (like Amazon), this takes the live offers down — so treat it as a hard reset, not a refresh.
⚠️ Warning: Remove All on Amazon deletes every offer from Amazon. Use Sync All if you just want to refresh.
Watching progress
Bulk lists and syncs run as background jobs so a 70,000-product catalog doesn’t tie up your screen. Open the Activity tray to watch a job’s progress and how many products are left. A job reports its real outcome — if some products failed, it says so, rather than a blanket “done.”
Next: Syncing inventory, price & product data — what keeps a live listing accurate.
