A short glossary so the rest of the docs read smoothly.
Catalog
The master record of what you sell — products, variants, categories, brands, and attributes. The catalog is the single source of truth; channels read from it.
Channel
A connected sales destination — Amazon, eBay, Walmart. Connecting one lets you publish listings, sync inventory/price, and pull orders back. See Channels.
Listing
A product as it appears on a specific channel. One product can have many listings (one per channel). See Listing mapping.
Order
A customer purchase. No matter the channel, it’s normalized into one lifecycle. See Order lifecycle.
Flow
A no-code automation: a trigger plus one or more actions, optionally gated by conditions. See Flow basics.
Fulfillment
Everything after an order is ready to ship: label, pack, hand to carrier, push tracking back. See Fulfillment overview.
ℹ️ Note: Notice the chain: a product becomes a listing on a channel, a sale becomes an order, a flow routes it, and fulfillment closes the loop.
