Connected services

The integrations hub shows the status of each connected service — marketplaces and ShipStation — and lets you connect, reconnect, or disconnect them.

⚠️ Warning: If a service shows Disconnected, its sync is paused. Reconnect promptly — disconnected channels stop updating inventory and importing orders.

Locations

If you ship from more than one warehouse, define each as a location. Inventory is tracked per location, keeping stock counts accurate and letting you fulfill from the nearest warehouse.
