This is the fastest path through the whole system. In about 15 minutes you’ll add a product, connect a sales channel, and set up automation so orders flow in and out without manual work.
💡 Tip: Have your marketplace login and your ShipStation API keys handy before you start — those are the only things you can’t create from inside the app.
1. Add your first product
- Open the catalog — go to Catalog → Products and click New product.
- Fill in the essentials — title, SKU, price, and quantity. Keep the SKU stable.
- Save — your product is now ready to list. See Products.
2. Connect a sales channel
- Go to Channels and pick a marketplace.
- Authorize — follow the connection flow. See Amazon, eBay, Walmart.
- Map your product to a listing so inventory and price stay in sync — see Listing mapping.
3. Turn on order automation
Instead of manually moving each order to your shipping tool, a flow does it the instant an order is paid.
- Open Flows and click New flow (or start from a template).
- Pick a trigger — choose Order paid.
- Add an action — add Push to ShipStation. Full guide: ShipStation.
- Activate — set the flow to Active. From now on, paid orders route themselves.
✅ That’s the whole loop: product → listing → order → automated fulfillment.
