This is the fastest path through the whole system. In about 15 minutes you’ll add a product, connect a sales channel, and set up automation so orders flow in and out without manual work.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Have your marketplace login and your ShipStation API keys handy before you start β€” those are the only things you can’t create from inside the app.

1. Add your first product

  1. Open the catalog β€” go to Catalog β†’ Products and click New product.
  2. Fill in the essentials β€” title, SKU, price, and quantity. Keep the SKU stable.
  3. Save β€” your product is now ready to list. See Products.

2. Connect a sales channel

  1. Go to Channels and pick a marketplace.
  2. Authorize β€” follow the connection flow. See Amazon, eBay, Walmart.
  3. Map your product to a listing so inventory and price stay in sync β€” see Listing mapping.

3. Turn on order automation

Instead of manually moving each order to your shipping tool, a flow does it the instant an order is paid.

  1. Open Flows and click New flow (or start from a template).
  2. Pick a trigger β€” choose Order paid.
  3. Add an action β€” add Push to ShipStation. Full guide: ShipStation.
  4. Activate β€” set the flow to Active. From now on, paid orders route themselves.

βœ… That’s the whole loop: product β†’ listing β†’ order β†’ automated fulfillment.
