The final step: a label gets printed, a tracking number is created, and that tracking flows back so the channel marks the order shipped and the customer is notified.

Generating labels

Labels are generated in ShipStation for orders pushed from the platform. Print individually or in batches.

Tracking sync

When a shipment is created, its tracking number syncs back automatically:

Label created ─▶ Tracking number ─▶ order marked Shipped ─▶ channel notified ─▶ customer emailed

You don’t copy tracking numbers anywhere — the ShipStation integration handles it.

⚠️ Warning: If an order shows shipped in ShipStation but not here, the inbound tracking update couldn’t be matched. Check the ShipStation Activity tab for dead-letters.
