Select a block and its editable fields appear in the settings panel on the right. Content fields sit at the top; look-and-feel settings are grouped into collapsible sections below (see Appearance & Theme Overrides).
Field types you’ll see
| Field | How it works |
|---|---|
| Text / Textarea / URL | Plain input boxes. |
| Rich Text | A formatting toolbar (bold, headings, links, lists) for body copy and answers. |
| Select | A dropdown of set options. |
| Number / Checkbox | A number box or an on/off toggle. |
| Color | A swatch plus a hex / var(--…) box, with a clear (×) to fall back to the theme. |
| Image | Opens the media picker (below). |
Adding images (the media picker)
Image fields show a Choose or upload image button that opens your media library — browse what you’ve already uploaded, or upload a new file. There’s also a …or paste an image URL box for linking an external image. When an image is set, you’ll also get Image Fit & Focal Point controls.

Repeater items (rows within a block)
Many blocks hold a list of items — gallery images, feature cards, FAQ questions, testimonials, promo tiles, and more. These show as a numbered stack of cards with a + Add … button at the bottom and a remove (×) on each card.
- Click “+ Add …” to append a new item.
- Fill in its fields — each item type has its own (a FAQ item has a question and answer; a testimonial has a quote, name, rating, and avatar; and so on).
- Remove an item with its × button.
ℹ️ Note: Most item lists support add and remove but not drag-reordering — the order is the order you add them. A few blocks do allow reordering: the Section/Columns and Split Hero column stacks, and the Product Grid manual product picker (which has ▲▼ controls).

Nested blocks (columns)
The Section (Columns) and Split Hero blocks let each column hold its own stack of blocks. Inside a column you’ll see a “+ Add block to this column…” dropdown; each nested block gets the full editor plus ↑ / ↓ / remove controls.
Next: Image controls.
