Arrange the dashboard’s navigation to match how you work.
Reordering the sidebar
- Click Arrange at the bottom of the sidebar (you’ll see it when the sidebar is expanded).
- Drag sections into the order you want.
- Click Done. Your order is saved to your account and follows you to any device.
While you’re arranging, Reset order puts the sections back in the default order. You can also reset from Settings → My Preferences → Navigation.

Tabs
The tab bar across the top of the dashboard keeps the pages you’re working in within reach.
- Clicking a menu item or a link opens it in your current tab.
- To open something in a new background tab, hold ⌘ (Mac) or Ctrl and click a sidebar item, or middle-click it.
- The + button opens a new tab: pick a destination from the list that appears.
- If a page is already open in another tab, going to it switches to that tab instead of opening a copy.
- Close a tab with its × or by middle-clicking it. Right-click a tab for Close tab, Close other tabs, Close tabs to the right, and Pin as a startup tab.
A page with unsaved changes asks before you leave it.
Startup tabs
Want the same tabs open every morning? Pin them:
- Click the ★ star on a tab to pin it as a startup tab, or
- Click the save icon at the end of the tab bar to store all your current tabs at once. You’ll see “Startup tabs saved”.
Pinned tabs open in the background when you log in. Remove one with its star, or manage them all in Settings → My Preferences → Startup tabs, where you can Remove a tab or Clear all.
