Monitoring: Status, Decisions, Offers, Competitors

Every card, column and filter on the Apex Repricer pages, what each number means, and what to do when one is not what you expect.

Apex shows its work. Two pages carry it: the Apex Repricer page (sidebar: Channels → Apex Repricer) with five tabs, and Apex Repricer → Status, the health view. Assign Products under the same sidebar entry is where offers are opted in.

The Status page

Six cards across the top, then the Decisions table.

Card Meaning When it is high or low
Assigned Offers Offers opted into an active strategy The population Apex prices
Live (Submitted) Offers whose latest decision was sent to Amazon Should track Assigned closely; a gap is offers skipped or waiting
Waiting on Fees Offers with no fee estimate yet, so no floor New listings land here for minutes; a persistent count means the fee refresh is not reaching those SKUs
Orphaned Assigned offers with no active Amazon listing Delisted or never built; the Offers tab shows the Amazon status
Can’t Win Offers whose market sits under the floor Each is a floor or unwinnable-rule decision for you
Fee Coverage Share of assigned offers with a fee estimate Below 100% means some offers cannot be priced yet

Filters: All, Wins, B2B (business decisions only).

The Decisions table lists recent decisions: SKU, ASIN, previous and Desired price, Cost Floor, margin, Reason, verification Status, When. Hover a SKU on a diverged or parked row to read Amazon’s stated listing issue.

The Apex Repricer page

Overview tab

Four figures: Buy box win rate, Min margin enforced, Offers repriced (7d), Decisions / hr. Below them, a strategy picker and the recent decisions for it.

Decisions tab

The same decision rows with filters All, Won, Held (decisions that kept the current price), No competition data (decisions made with no rival offers visible).

Reading a reason: it names the rule that fired and the numbers it used, for example “beat lowest 159.50 by 0.50”, “raised to floor 144.00, buy box 140.00 unwinnable”, “floor compliance: raised 354.79 to 412.27, floor on the vendor’s cost”, “cooldown”. The reason is the fastest way to answer “why this price”.

Offers tab (also Assign Products)

Columns: Product, Offer (the Amazon SKU), ASIN, Fulfillment, Strategy, Fees (whether the estimate is in), Min / Max (hand-set bounds), Price, Amazon Status. Filters All offers, Assigned, Unassigned. Tick offers, choose a strategy in the bar, Assign selected.

Strategies tab

Each strategy with Edit. A strategy’s card lists its engine, margins and the number of opted-in offers.

Competitors tab (Competitor Intelligence)

Who you are up against, from the market reads: Rival (seller), Your ASINs they’re on, Buy boxes held, Offers, Seen (last time), and per ASIN Your price, Buy box (rival), Gap, Why (what the rival wins on: price, fulfillment, rating). Figures at the top: ASINs with competition, Rival sellers, Buy boxes lost, Competitor offers tracked.

A seller who keeps winning on something other than price is a candidate for Ignore these sellers or a targeted rule. See Pricing Strategies.

The product’s Amazon card

On a product’s Channels tab: the current price, Cost floor with the margin breakdown (item cost, shipping, referral, FBA fee, per-item and variable closing fees), Min price and Max price with the computed values as placeholders, Item cost and Shipping override, Repricing strategy, Last reprice with its reason, and Business price (B2B) with tiers when Apex manages them.

Repricer Settings

Apex Repricer → Settings shows every wait and limit in use per channel and the Audit business tiers button with its latest result. See Repricer Settings.

Notifications

A stuck-price notice arrives as an in-app notification to your team after the stuck wait. There are no emails to customers from the repricer.

What to look at daily

  1. Status: Waiting on Fees and Orphaned near zero; Can’t Win reviewed.
  2. Decisions: skim the reasons; anything you do not understand is a question for Troubleshooting & FAQ.
  3. Competitors: who is taking Buy Boxes and on what.
  4. Any stuck-price notice.
