Add the people who work in your store, invite them by email, and control exactly what each one can see and do.
Access levels
Every teammate has one access level that sets their big-picture powers:

Owners and admins can add and manage people; only owners see billing. A Team member’s everyday access is defined entirely by the role you assign them.
Inviting a teammate
- Go to Settings → Team and click Invite member.
- Enter their email, choose an access level and a role, then send.
- They receive an email to set their own password — you never handle it. Prefer to set it yourself? Switch to Set password now.
New people no longer sign up on their own and wait for setup — you create them already scoped to your store and role.
Managing your team
From the Team page you can:
- Change a role or access level anytime — it takes effect immediately.
- Suspend someone to revoke access without deleting them, and reactivate later.
- Resend an invite if they never accepted it.
💡 Least access wins. Start people narrow — you can always widen a role later. Guardrails protect you: an owner can’t be removed if they’re the last one, only owners can create other owners, and you can’t lock yourself out.
