Columns

Click Columns in the table toolbar to:

• Show or hide any column with its checkbox
• Reorder columns by dragging them
• Columns you hide stay hidden every time you come back

Sorting & density

• Click a column header to sort by it; click again to reverse.
• Switch between comfortable and compact row spacing.
• Freeze the first column so it stays put as you scroll wide tables sideways.

Page size

Choose how many rows load per page from the table footer.

Resetting

Made a mess? Open My Preferences → Table layouts and reset any table — or all of them — back to default.

💡 Your layout is per-table and per-person. Your Orders view can look completely different from a teammate’s, and your Products columns are independent of your Orders columns.
