The main lists in the dashboard (Orders, Products, Customers, Returns, Shipments, and Purchase Orders) are yours to arrange. Your changes are saved to your account and follow you to any device.
Columns
Click Columns in the table toolbar to open the column list:
- Show or hide a column with its checkbox. A pinned column (marked PINNED, usually the first one) can’t be hidden.
- Reorder columns by dragging their rows.
- Freeze 1st (the checkbox at the top of the list) keeps the first column in place while you scroll a wide table sideways. It’s on by default.
- Resize a column by dragging the edge of its header. Double-click the edge to go back to the default width.
Columns you hide stay hidden every time you come back.

Sorting & density
- Click a column header to sort by it; click again to reverse. A few columns can’t be sorted.
- Use the two icon buttons next to Columns to switch between Comfortable and Compact row spacing.
Page size
Choose 25, 50, or 100 rows per page from the menu at the bottom left of the table.
Resetting
Made a mess? Open Settings → My Preferences → Table layouts and click Reset next to a table, or Reset all table layouts. Only tables you’ve changed are listed. See My Preferences.
💡 Your layout is per-table and per-person. Your Orders view can look completely different from a teammate’s, and your Products columns are independent of your Orders columns.
