Filter a table the way you like, then save it as a view you can return to in one click.

Filtering

Use the Filter button to narrow a table — for example Orders that are unfulfilled, or Products low on stock. Add as many conditions as you need; active filters show as chips you can remove individually.

Saving a view

Once a table looks right, save it:

  1. Click Save view.
  2. Give it a name (“My open orders”, “Amazon low stock”).
  3. Choose Private (just you) or, if you’re an owner or admin, Shared with your team.

Saved views appear as tabs above the table — one click to switch between them.

Team default views

Owners and admins can mark a shared view as the team default, so everyone opens that table the same helpful way.

Managing views

See all your saved views in My Preferences → Saved views, where you can delete the ones you no longer need. You only ever see views you’re allowed to — a shared view never exposes a column you don’t have permission to see.

💡 A saved view remembers its filters, sort, and columns together — so “My open orders” can also hide the columns you don’t care about.
